Payment Methods and Timing of Payment
Payments can be made using credit cards (via Shopify Payments) or PayPal. Payment will be finalized at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. However, please be aware that shipping may be delayed during Golden Week (early May), summer holidays (mid-August), and New Year holidays (late December to early January).
Returns and Cancellations
Please note that we generally do not accept exchanges or returns after the delivery of products due to customer convenience. However, if the delivered product is found to be defective despite our thorough quality control, we will replace it. In such cases, please contact us promptly. The defective product should be returned to us at our expense (via cash-on-delivery), and we will replace it with a non-defective product. Please be aware that we cannot process your request if you do not contact us within seven days of receiving the product.
Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- ・Products that have been used even once
- ・Products that have been scratched, stained, or damaged under the customer's care
- ・Products without their original packaging (bag, box, or case)
- ・Products not purchased from our online store
- ・Products that have been in the customer's possession for more than one week after delivery
